Steve McNulty joins Long & Foster’s Rehoboth office

Carol Materniak, Manager of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., Lewes and Rehoboth Beach offices, has announced that Steve McNulty has joined the Long & Foster team.

McNulty is a resident of Rehoboth Beach and brings 37 years of diverse business experience to the field of real estate. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado in Boulder. Over his career he has worked in a range of sectors including for-profit companies, nonprofits, and government entities. He worked mostly in operations, contracts management and project management.

He began his professional career as a state energy official with the New Jersey Department of Energy. His most recent assignment, through 2014, was full time at the U.S Department of State, HQ office, overseeing $70 million in interagency agreements from the State Department to DOE, USAID and EPA for methane capture and use, black carbon reduction, energy efficiency and renewable energy programs, and HCFC alternatives. Over his career he has successfully managed clean energy projects in Indonesia, the Philippines, Russia, and the Republic of Georgia.

McNulty is an author of two published books; one is on small business management. He brings to the table a range of business expertise in contracts, sales, financing/stocks, marketing and bids, business plans, program management, compliance/regs, taxes, customer service, insurance and document control.

McNulty is a former small business owner, and with his depth and breadth of business skills, he will bring a unique perspective to real estate searching, sales and transactions - a keen business perspective. He is looking forward to working with friends, family, and colleagues to find the perfect homes for the best prices, and to be one of the premier listing agents in lower Delaware.
