New agents join Delmarva Resorts Realty

Delmarva Resorts Realty recently announced the addition of three new agents. They are Alicia Carroll, Merritt Cooch and Barbara Woods.

Carroll brings 10 years of experience working in the housing industry into her real estate career. She has worked with over 30 home builders when she worked for a top electrical company. Since relocating to Sussex county six years ago, she has worked at the top two Jack Nicklaus Golf Resort Communities in Sussex County, and for the No. 1 home builder in the area. She is looking forward to helping people accomplish their dreams of owning a beach home.

Cooch is excited to begin her real estate career with Delmarva Resorts Realty. As a native Delawarean, she is passionate and knowledgable about the area. After graduating from the University of Delaware and later working as a property manager in Rehoboth Beach, she decide to pursue a full-time career in real estate. Cooch has a passion for fitness and enjoys spending time on the beach with her husband Shawn and their two dogs. She looks forward to working with others looking to share the dream of living at the beach.

Barbara Woods, Realtor, comes to Delmarva Resorts Realty with several years of experience with all kinds of buyers including short sales. She lives at the Villages at Red Mill Pond in Lewes and is an experienced agent for both the newer generation thinking to buy a spacious vacation condo, and also the older 55+ generation looking to retire in tax-free Delaware in a wonderful home with close proximity to the beaches.

Delmarva Resorts Realty is owned by Chris and Emma Payne. The Lewes office opened in March 2012. With over 30 years of combined experience in the sale of residential property, they provide a smooth home buying and selling process. They pride themselves on their family atmosphere and are connected to the local community.
