Runcos celebrate 50 years

Lois and Sam Runco
Lois and Sam Runco celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Friday, April 8, 2011. They were married April 8, 1961, in Conway, Pa. They lived in Penn Hills, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pa., until 1982 when they moved to Philadelphia, Pa.
In 1997 they retired to Lewes.
Sam was in the mortgage banking business for many years and still works part time. Lois was in marketing and always worked for her churches. She still is active at their church, St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church.
They have two daughters, Pamela DeMartino and Cynthia Barrett, and one son, Kurt Runco. They also have four grandchildren, Dana, Isabel, John, and Francesca.
