Kalvinsky awarded Realtor Emeritus status
At a recent meeting of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, Shirley Kalvinsky was awarded the prestigious designation of Realtor Emeritus. This designation is only awarded to Realtors who have had 40 continuous years in the real estate industry. Also, a nominee must have served in some capacity at the national, state and local levels of real estate organizations.
Kalvinsky served as president of the New Castle County Board of Realtors, second vice president of Sussex County Association of Realtors and second vice president of Delaware Association of Realtors. She was a member of the Equal Opportunity Committee of National Association of Realtors and has served as chair of many of the committees of both the state and local associations.
She has been named Realtor of the Year twice, Educator of the Year twice, and is an NAR-trained mediator. She was previously associated with two of the largest firms in New Castle County and has been associated with Jack Lingo Inc. Realtor since 1997. She and her business partner are continually top producers for Lingo.
