Family and friends gathered Saturday, Aug. 20, to witness Andrew Weaver, 2nd Class Petty Officer, United States Navy, be discharged and re-enlisted by his Uncle Jeffrey Sheehan, Chief Warrant Officer 3, United States Coast Guard, retired. Weaver has re-enlisted for an additional four years. The ceremony took place aboard the Lightship Overfalls docked at Lewes Canalfront Park, Lewes.
