Coldwell Banker Resort Realty is pleased to announce the addition of John Reffner to the firm. John is licensed with the Rehoboth branch.

John has been a licensed Coldwell Banker real estate agent for over 15 years. He started his real estate career in central Pennsylvania with Coldwell Banker Town and Country Real Estate. He garnered numerous awards while working there including recognition as a member of the Diamond Society, the Sterling Society, Top Selling Agent in 2009 and 2010 and multiple occurrences as top monthly Lister, Seller and Overall Producer.

Many of John’s selling years averaged over $5,000,000 in transactions. He specializes in high end premiere properties.

 John graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Master’s Degree in Education. As a teacher, he focused on teaching Spanish to his students with much success. When an opportunity arose to work in the hospitality industry, John accepted and met the challenge with enthusiasm and style. He received many promotions for his efforts.

After sometime in the hotel industry, John because a Licensed Realtor. This was such a great fit for him. He has loved this career choice ever since. His client relationships and their needs are his top priority and the caveat is that now he is again making a difference in the lives of his clients.

Sussex County has long been a vacation retreat for John. He loved it so much that he made the move to call Lewes home on a permanent year round basis. The beauty of the beaches and the sea, along with the social scene are all a perfect fit.
