Active Adults Realty in Lewes welcomes Karim Mozher Realtor

Active Adults Realty owners Kathy Sperl-Bell, broker, and Bill Bell, associate broker, are pleased to welcome Karim Mozher, Realtor, to their team in Lewes.

Mozher comes from a career in restaurant hospitality and the retail industry. He visited the United States in 1994 and liked it so much he stayed and made it his home. He was born and grew up in Casablanca. Mozher settled in Middletown in 2007 with his wife Stephanie, and kids Zach, Adam and Laila.

In 2017, Mozher earned his Delaware real estate license. "I've always had a love of homes and architectural designs, interior as well as exterior design. For the longest time, I would just go to open houses or drive through developments. Even though I wasn't buying, the interest in real estate was there, but I didn't pursue this career until now."

Mozher chose to join Active Adults Realty after seeing the success family members Donna and John Beck have enjoyed since working on the brokerage team.
