The CAPE Business Network donated $200 to Delaware Hospice July 6, at IHOP on Route 1 in Rehoboth. Donna Zetts presented the check to Peggy Dolby and Allen Morris, representing Delaware Hospice.
In addition to supporting one another and their respective businesses, members of the CAPE Business Network subscribe to a mission statement which emphasizes aiding the community through active involvement with local charitable organizations. The network wished to support Delaware Hospice because of the help hospice gives to families and to people who are transitioning from this life.
Hospice offers care in the home, at the Delaware Hospice Center and at medical facilities. It also runs Family Support and Coping with Serious Illness programs as well as Camp New Hope for children and teens to 17 years of age.
The group includes representatives of the following businesses: Ancient Art Tattoo, Naturally Clean, Parcel Plus, Silver Electric, Portraits in the Sand, Donna's Touch, Weaver Appraisals, Quillen Signs, Morgan Stanley, Auto Gallery, Delaweb Designs, and Smith Feinberg McCartney & Berl.
The CAPE Business Network thanks the community for supporting its services, professions, and businesses and encourages any local business owner or professional interested in joining the group to contact Membership Chair Danny Fisher at 215-694-6326 or dfisher@delawebdesigns.com.
