Delaware Shakespeare made its first stop in Sussex County recently at First State Community Action Agency in Georgetown during its annual community tour presenting “The Merchant of Venice,” a Shakespearean play highlighting xenophobia and anti-Semitism which took on heightened meaning following the recent shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue.
