Realtor Julie Gritton awarded SRS designation

Julie Gritton with Coldwell Banker Resort Realty has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist designation, the premier seller agency designation in the country.

The SRS is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute and is an official credential of the National Association of Realtors. Gritton joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the SRS designation. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in seller representation, demonstrate significant seller representation experience and expertise, and subscribe to the Realtor Code of Ethics.

Gritton has been a local real estate agent for 14 years. She is a Cape Henlopen High School graduate and also has her associate degree in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in business.

Gritton has extensive real estate experience in southern Delaware, specializing in beach properties including both sales and rentals. This experience distinguishes Gritton from the competition and helps her serve her customers. She personally has access to databases where she can reach out to first-time home buyers, buyers looking for investment properties, and people looking for second homes. She offers competitive marketing strategies, and goes above and beyond to make sure a client’s property sells as soon as possible.
