The 13th Annual Ride to the Tide fundraiser for Special Olympics Delaware took place April 14. This year 1,403 riders and passengers raised $61,500 for Special Olympics Delaware.
The police-escorted ride started at Rommel Harley-Davidson in Smyrna and ended at Jake’s Seafood on Route 1 for a complimentary lunch.
More than $420,000 has been raised in the event’s 13-year history.
