Roy Parker, 78, of Milton departed this life peacefully Friday, Oct. 4, 2019.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, Oct. 13, at 1 p.m., at St. John’s 2nd Baptist Church, 26602 Mt. Joy Road, Millsboro, with visitation two hours prior.
