Wet Septembers can still bring plenty of mosquitos

In a state as wet as Delaware, mosquitos pose a constant threat, especially in active hurricane years which bring plenty of tropical storm moisture. Just because we’re in September doesn’t mean we’re through with the humming critters yet.
