Adriane Gallagher of BHHS Gallo Realty recognized with two awards
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty’s Lewes Rental Manager Adriane Gallagher has been honored with two distinctive awards from the Sussex County Association of Realtors.
Gallagher has been named Realtor of the Year for Sussex County and has also received the Alma Ashley Rental Service Award. Given annually by the association, this award commemorates Alma Ashley for her excellence in customer service as one of the first rental agents along the Delaware coast.
“These awards are based on commitment and involvement within the SCAOR association. The recipient must show leadership and dedication centered around community service. Adriane has been very involved with the SCAOR community, serving several years on the board of the SCAOR Community Service Foundation, as well as being the current treasurer of SCAOR,” said Andrew Ratner, Gallo Realty vice president.
“In addition to her community dedication, Adriane also played an integral role this year during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. She worked directly with the state government establishing guidelines for the vacation rental business. Adriane's leadership in this capacity enabled the vacation rental business to remain open throughout the summer season. She led a statewide task force that established best practices for the industry while dealing with the pandemic, and her team's recommendations to the governor were impactful,” said Ratner. “Adriane is certainly well deserving of each of these awards, and our entire company thanks her for her dedication to community service.”
