Sussex Family YMCA holds Healthy Kids Day

More than 100 young people enjoyed the Sussex Family YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day held April 24 at the Rehoboth facility.
The kids enjoyed activities such as spin art, a giant inflatable obstacle course, a bouncy house, bubble guns, basketball and many more. They ended the day with a pool party.
Delicious frozen treats were given out for cool refreshment by Summer J Pops. The Rehoboth Beach Police Department gave away miniature footballs, bracelets and coloring activity books.
“It was a great turnout,” said Sussex Family YMCA Office Manager Ashley Savage. “The kids loved the activities and had a great time.”
