“It was a great experience,” said Gold head coach Jedidiah Roach (Delmarva Christian). “I truly enjoyed myself all week being apart of this outstanding event. I had a chance to work with great coaches and great players. This South team (Gold) really was committed and worked extremely hard. Even though this was an all-star game and you’re supposed to just have fun, they didn't want to lose and wanted to prove that the South has talent too and are indeed just as good, or even better, than the North.”
Cape’s Morgan Mahoney won the three-point shot contest at halftime. Almonte’s double-double earned her the MVP award.
