Barrows & Associates recognizes Steve Castiglione for landmark achievement

Barrows & Associates, of Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty in Rehoboth Beach, announced the settlement of Steve Castiglione’s first home listing Oct. 21, marking the achievement of $1 million in sales for his career.

With the home selling within 10 days of being listed, the notable settlement represents the first of several new sales Castiglione generated for closing in the first six months of his career.

Joining Barrows & Associates as a licensed Realtor in April of this year, he brings over 30 years of home-related experience to his role. The Delaware native began his career in the family’s home improvement business, earning his journeyman carpenter certification at an early age. Along with home renovations, Castiglione’s subsequent business ventures in disaster restoration and landscape design provided him with well-rounded experience in training, estimating, repairs and sales.

At the Oct. 21 closing, sellers Jason and Josh Swift were quick to acknowledge Castiglione’s impact in representing them. “His knowledge and experience made a big difference for us,” said Jason. “Not only did he help us ultimately sell our home, he made sure we developed the right contacts during the process.” Josh said, “We were very impressed with Steve’s approach to marketing the home and his knowledge of the beach market.
