December 16, 2022

Community Bank Delaware recently announced the promotion of Brandon Perdue to vice president.

Perdue joined the bank in 2016. Within his position of loan underwriter, Perdue reviews and analyzes commercial and mortgage loan applications for creditworthiness according to loan guidelines used by the bank. He has a leading commitment in processing Small Business Administration and U.S. Department of Agriculture loans, and he was the driving force in the Paycheck Protection Program project.

“Brandon continues to do an excellent job of utilizing our credit origination and management system. He is a valuable part of our team and is well deserving of his promotion to vice president,” said President Jack Riddle.

Perdue is certified by the Independent Community Bankers of America as a community bank credit analyst and holds a bachelor of science degree from Wilmington University. His office is in Lewes, where he underwrites loans to help meet the bank’s goals, and provides technical leadership with consumer and commercial lenders in knowledge of Community Bank Delaware underwriting standards.

“I enjoy contributing toward the company’s success and the satisfaction of working with my co-workers toward our common goals,” said Perdue.

Perdue is active in the community, including serving as a board member for Cokesbury Cemetery Company, a lifetime member of VFW Post 7234 and a volunteer coach for Lower Sussex Little League.
