Dolores Miscall, retired teacher

Dolores Miscall, 86, of Lewes, passed away Monday, Dec. 19, 2022, at her home. She was born Aug. 26, 1936, in Bethlehem, Pa., daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Dulick.

Dolores earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Moravian College, and enjoyed a career as an elementary school teacher. She married her love, Jack Miscall Jr., July 7, 1962, in Bethlehem, Pa., and her role as mother and homemaker took priority. Dolores was devoted to her family and cherished time spent with them.  A loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Dolores was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Dulick. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jack Miscall Jr.; her children: Pamela June Cusick (Theodore) and Jack Miscall III (Honey); and her grandchildren: Conor James Cusick, Colin Patrick Cusick, Olivia Drake Miscall, Jack Miscall IV and Elijah Conn Miscall.

Funeral services will be held privately. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Atkins-Lodge Chapel, Lewes.
