Supported sober living home accepting applications

Christian Grace LLC, a company with supportive living homes for people in recovery from substance abuse, has rooms available for rent in Georgetown.

Suitable applicants are people returning from treatment or incarceration, or actively participating in their recovery, attending meetings or an outpatient program, and needing a supportive environment to maintain sobriety.

“Our addictions are traceable to our wounded spirit. For sustained recovery, we have to mend,” said David Forman, president. “Most of us don't spend too much time thinking of ourselves as spirit. It seems ethereal, just out of reach of our understanding. We have to start by finding it.”

Preventing relapse and recidivism are the main goals of the Christian Grace team.

“Our properties provide a safe space to transition to a life of individual freedom and choice. We maintain a safe, clean and sober living environment with common-sense rules enforced democratically,” said Forman.  

Residents’ significant others are not permitted to room with them.
