- How long have you been living in the area?
“I have lived full time in Rehoboth for the last 13 years; however, as a Delaware native, I worked in Rehoboth during the summer while in college and then part time with my family from 2002-2010.”
- What is your favorite thing about living at the beach?
“There are so many things that make Rehoboth my favorite: the beach, bike/jogging trails, great restaurants, a cosmopolitan town with a small town, casual vibe.”
- What is your favorite thing about your business/profession?
“After 31.5 years, I retired from my full time profession as an educator. Since then, I have been fortunate to work part time at White House Black Market with a great group of women. I have also worked for the University of Delaware as a site coordinator for their student teachers.”
- Why did you incorporate fitness into your life?
“I have incorporated fitness into my daily life in an effort to stay healthy. As you age, it is important to build muscle, increase flexibility, and maintain balance.”
- When did you start working out at the Body Shop?
“I started training with Bruce Clayton of TriCoach at the Body Shop in 2015. It was one of the best things I have ever done for myself! Initially, I signed on to lose weight, reduce stress, and regain balance. While those goals were tackled, I also fell in love with Saturday Boot Camps on the beach, weight lifting, running, biking, and swimming.”
- Favorite health tip to share:
“Try to live a balanced life full of family, friends, fun, and fitness!”
