Gills Neck Road resident BJ Clark was pleasantly surprised to see so many fishermen taking advantage of a new fishing ground where the historic railroad swing bridge used to sit in the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal.
Although the Joe Morris Memorial Canal Flounder Fishing Tournament was held that day, May 19, Clark says he’s never seen so many fishermen in that area of the canal.
