Christine Havrilla to play The Room at Cedar Grove Aug. 19
Guitarist and singer Christine Havrilla will make her fourth appearance at The Room at Cedar Grove near Lewes at 6:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 19.
The Philadelphia musician has sold out The Room on her three previous visits.
“Christine can deliver catchy 1990s guitar riffs with 1960s-style harmonies,” said Paul Cullen, who opened the venue to benefit the nonprofit Paul Kares.
The charitable organization supports young musicians and aspiring culinary professionals.
Havrilla, a self-taught musician, has been called one of the hardest-working women in music. She’s shared the stage with Brandi Carlile, Chely Wright, Janis Ian and Melissa Ferrick.
The $85-per-person ticket includes a four-course wine dinner.
The Room at Cedar Grove is at 32882 Cedar Grove Road, Lewes. For tickets, go to paulkaresde.org.
