Dave McCarthy and Associates of Rehoboth Beach has announced several new additions to its professional sales team.
The Joe Maggio Group, the Herb Shupard Team and Kim Capano have joined the company. These agents bring a wealth of knowledge of both the residential and commercial market at the Delaware beaches and are excited to continue to serve the community. They love what they do and are prepared to expertly navigate clients through negotiations and each step of the sales process.
Joe Maggio and Kim Hitchens (Joe Maggio Group) together bring more than 50 impressive years in real estate sales. Their love for the area and for what they do shows in their dedication to finding each person the home or buyer that is right for them. Maggio is an award-winning Realtor, well known and deeply entrenched in the community, enjoying many years of working with local nonprofits and organizations. Hitchens is well matched as his partner in her accomplishments, and her energy and commitment to her buyers and sellers.
Herb Shupard has been in real estate in Delaware since 1984. His affinity for the profession is reflected in his son, Geoff Shupard and his daughter Amy Shupard, Delaware natives who together bring decades of experience in real estate and deep roots in the area; Geoff is a lacrosse coach at Cape Henlopen High School, and Amy is a part-time professor of communications at the Georgetown campus of University of Delaware. The team members enjoy connecting with more people within their much-loved community with each new real estate transaction.
Kim Capano has enjoyed 10 years of experience in the Delaware real estate market, and prides herself on providing each client with service beyond the sale. As a former business owner in Rehoboth Beach, and a former employee of the Rehoboth Beach building and licensing department, she brings a unique knowledge base to buying or selling in the city. She is a breast cancer survivor and a mentor for the Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition, finding joy in returning the care and empathy she received during her treatment back to this part of the community. She looks forward to showing her clients why Sussex County is a wonderful place for their future home.
