Cape Henlopen Elks Lodge 2540 recently donated $2,500 to Delaware Technical Community College. Using funds from the lodge's veterans committee, the contribution will support the college's scholarship drive for veterans and first responders.
The lodge has made previous donations to Delaware Tech for the Veterans Resource Center and for student-veteran scholarships to help scholars realize their academic dreams.
