Milton Christmas Parade to welcome the holidays Dec. 6
The 2023 Milton Christmas Parade, sponsored by the Milton Fire Department Inc., will begin promptly at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 6.
From the intersection of Union Street and Atlantic Avenue, the parade will proceed south through town to Federal Street and continue west to Milton Elementary School.
Christmas is the theme and the arrival of Santa Claus will conclude the parade. No other Santa Claus characters may be used in the parade.
The Milton Fire Department extends thanks to gold level sponsors Atlantic Refrigeration; Jack Lingo, Realtor; and Jungle Jim’s Waterpark, along with silver level sponsor, Savini Construction. Thanks to their support, the fire department will not need to dip into operating funds to pay for police coverage, barricades, PA system, and portable bathrooms and sinks at multiple locations. Individual and community sponsorships are still being accepted to pay for band prizes and transportation costs.
