Keller Williams presents top producer awards for 2023
Keller Williams Realty Delaware Beaches presented awards to the 2023 top producers in the Delaware and Maryland market center in a recent ceremony at Sussex County Association of Realtors offices in Georgetown.
Keller Williams was recognized as the No. 1 Real Estate company in Delaware for units sold in Sussex County in 2023, according to Bright MLS.
Before awards presentations, there was a panel discussion of the recent National Association of Realtors settlement and its impact on the industry. Panelists included Walt Taraila, broker of record; Brigit Taylor, operating partner; Sandy Greene, broker of record for KW Referral Company; and Steve Alexander, leadership member for Delaware Association of Realtors and SCAOR. Mary Niles Dayton moderated the fact-filled dialogue regarding proposed NAR regulations.
The Millionaire Award winner for teams is Griffin Higgins Team.
Matt Lunden was given the Influencer Award for his outstanding social media presence. Jennifer Brink received the Coaching MVP Award; and Liza Orlando was bestowed the Cultural Icon Award for her continued presence in representing military families throughout the State of Delaware.
Individuals who earned the Bronze Awards are: Leslie Bauer, Jane Baxter, Barbara Carlson, Mary Jo Cole, Carrie Cosgrove, Brendan Crotty, Anthony Gehman, Joann Glussich, Kara Johnson, Robert Kauffman, Melissa Nalewalk, Paul Paolini, Lauren Smith, Walt Taralia, Robert Taylor, Nancye Vermillion, and Lisa Whited. Teams that earned the Bronze Award are: Erbe Zheng Team; Jeffrey Fowler Group; Nally Ventures; and The Russell Group.
Silver Awards went to individuals: Sherri Bigelow, Michael Brown, Logan Burke, Krystal Casey, Steve DeBoe, Rosezette Dennis, Karla Morgan, Stephen Morgan, Jennifer Izzi Smith, Scott Wagner, and Adrienne Weber. Teams that earned a Silver Award are Bediz Group, Cornerstone Associates, Horsey Kelly Team, and The Keenan Group.
Individuals who received Gold Awards are: Renee Edge, Jennifer Hughes, Joyce Kendall, Liz Lindsey, Joe Sterner, and Kelly Turner. Teams that received the Gold Award are: Erin Baker Team, Surf on Home, and The North Group.
Double Gold Award winners for individuals are Betsy Perry and Eddie Rohe. Team Double Gold Awards went to REvolution Group and the Don Williams Group.
The Triple Gold Award winners inlcude Gail Mitkoff, individual; and teams Barnhardt Group, Melissa Rudy Group, and William Lucks Professional Group.
Individual Quadruple Gold Award winners are Meme Ellis, Matt Lunden, Jennifer Smith, Danny Taglienti and Chrisy Tingle.
The Platinum Award winner for individuals is Erin Lee. Team Platinum Award winners are Bright Home Group, Steve & Beth Gilbert Team, Team Timmons, and Windrow Team.
The Triple Platinum Award winner for teams is Megan Aitken's Team.
