Milton Arts Guild to launch monthly sketch club June 10

For all who enjoy pencil drawing and shading in a relaxed atmosphere, Milton Arts Guild will host monthly sketch club sessions from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., beginning Monday, June 10, at 107 Federal St., Milton.

The sessions will take place the second Monday of every month. Regardless of artistic level, members of the public are encouraged to join Milton Arts Guild members for mornings of sketching and conversation. Although this is not a formal class, skilled artists will be on hand to offer advice and tips on the finer points of sketching.

A still life will be set up in the gallery for reference. The sessions cost $8 for the general public.
