Author talk with Lisa Scottoline set July 23 at Lewes Elementary

July 4, 2024

Bestselling author Lisa Scottoline will return to the Cape Region this summer for discussion and signing of her new book, “The Truth about the Devlins,” at 5 p.m., Tuesday, July 23.

Hosted by the Lewes Public Library and Browseabout Books, the event will be held in the Lewes Elementary School auditorium, 820 Savannah Road, Lewes.

Scottoline’s new book is a pulse-pounding domestic thriller about family and justice, the ties that bind people, and the lies that tear them apart. TJ Devlin is the charming disappointment in the prominent Devlin family, all of whom are successful lawyers at the family firm – except him. When TJ’s beloved older brother John confesses he murdered one of their clients, TJ plunges into the investigation, seizing the chance to prove his worth and save his brother. What he learns, however, may just tear the family apart.
