Book talk with thriller author Mary Kubica set July 17

Suspense writer Mary Kubica will discuss her chilling new thriller, “She’s Not Sorry,” at 5 p.m., Wednesday, July 17, at Lewes Public Library, 111 Adams Ave., Lewes, presented by the library and Browseabout Books. The event will also stream live online via Zoom.

ICU nurse Meghan Michaels treats a patient named Caitlin who arrives in a coma, having jumped from a bridge. When a witness comes forward with shocking details about the fall, Meghan begins to uncover Caitlin’s frightening past. Was Caitlin pushed? And, if so, by whom and why?

Kubica is the author of many suspense novels, including “Local Woman Missing” and “Just the Nicest Couple.”
