‘Planet We Call Home’ children’s author to read Aug. 3

Local author Aimee Isaac will host a children's storytime reading of her book, “The Planet We Call Home,” at 9 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 3, at Browseabout Books in Rehoboth Beach. Later in the day, Isaac will return to do a separate signing from 1 to 3 p.m.

Isaac’s book is a lyrical and loving ode to Planet Earth and the ways in which its many features are interconnected.

With illustrations by Jaime Kim, this is a perfect read for budding environmentalists, and for anyone who loves the planet all people call home.
