Denise Palamar Yocum and Angel Rivera have announced their engagement.
Denise is the daughter of Carole Palamar and the late Robert Palamar of Milton. Angel is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Angel Rivera of Wilmington.
The bride-to-be is a self-employed cosmetologist. The groom-elect is an HIV coordinator, counselor and tester at LaRed Health Services in Georgetown.
A wedding date has not yet been set.
