John Merryman
John Merryman III, broker and owner of Tidewater Realty Ltd., passed peacefully Saturday, Aug. 31, 2013, with his family and friend at his side.
John was a well respected member of the Bethany Beach real estate community for nearly 40 years, and a past Bethany Beach town commissioner.
He opened Tidewater in 1988, a boutique real estate firm catering to customers who appreciated personal attention.
He left behind his wife, Gloria; his sons, John and Michael; his mother, Louise; his sister, Susie; his brothers, Chris and Timothy; and plenty of friends. Husband, father, friend...always. He will be missed.
