NAI Emory Hill leases space to GNC in Bayshore Shopping Plaza
General Nutrition Center recently opened a store in the Bayshore Plaza Shopping Center in Long Neck, having signed a five-year lease for 1,875 square feet of retail space.
GNC has over 30 stores in the downstate area and is the world's largest nutritional supplement company of its kind.
The landlord, Skyliner Enterprises, was represented by Ann Bailey, CCIM, of NAI Emory Hill, and the tenant was represented by David DePetris of Legend Properties.
Bayshore Plaza Shopping Center is along Route 24 near the Long Neck Road intersection. Completed in 2009, the retail center serves the entire Long Neck Peninsula, Millsboro and Indian River Hundred, and has emerged as one of the premier shopping centers in the Delaware resort area, anchored by Super G, Dunkin Donuts, Verizon, WSFS, Long Neck Diner, GNC and Dollar Tree.
