Meet Our Agent Of The Day: Patricia LaRosa!

Patricia grew up in Downingtown, Pennsylvania and attended East Stroudsburg University. Returning home to Lewes, Delaware, she began her career in Real Estate. In the fall of 2013, she joined Keller Williams and soon after, joined the Coastal Mobiles Team, bringing loads of energy, creativity, and determination with her. She begins every day by studying the market, looking for great deals and viewing properties in the area. This keeps her on top of the local market; in the know about home values and trends, and equipped to help her clients make better deals!

Patricia works hard 7 days a week to provide outstanding service to her clients. She's quick to answer calls, respond to emails, and follow up with her clients' needs throughout the real estate buying and/or selling process. She has a wide range of knowledge regarding real estate technology, and knows Sussex County inside and out. Having grown up with an Autistic brother, Patricia is kind and patient, and especially happy to assist families in the Special Needs Community. Not one to give up, she tasks through difficult challenges that sometimes occur in real estate transactions, and is passionate about her job and the service she provides to her clients.
