Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's to host Open House Tour March 21, 22

Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty will host an Open House Tour throughout coastal Delaware from 12 to 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, March 21 and 22. Open to the public, the event will showcase a variety of the brokerage’s properties for sale. Each home on the tour will feature St. Patrick’s Day-inspired drinks and light refreshments.

Participants on the Open House Stroll and Roll are encouraged to pick up tour maps at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s outdoor tent, which will be outside the Rehoboth Beach location at 330 Rehoboth Ave. Everyone who visits four or more open houses on the tour that day should drop off their punch card at the tent or one of the open homes to be entered to win a gift card to Fins in downtown Rehoboth Beach or at its newest location on Route 1.

“St. Patrick’s Day weekend traditionally kicks off the spring season at the beach, and we always think it is fun to have events where people can even walk or ride their bikes to some of the open houses in downtown Rehoboth, Dewey and Bethany Beach,” said Justin Healy, OA Sotheby’s broker. “We have included some great homes in Milton and Ocean View as well.”

People can pick up an open house map at one of the Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s offices or print one out at oasir.net. “People can visit one, a few or all of the homes featured on the tour,” said Garrett Gannon, marketing director. “We will have a variety of homes open that day, from classic beach cottages to ocean block residences. We hope visitors will have fun tasting St. Patrick’s Day treats and drinks while checking out some beautiful homes in our great beach towns!”
