Kim Bishop is Cadbury star of the quarter

Cadbury Senior Lifestyles Lewes has honored Kim Bishop, LPN, as star of the quarter for her outstanding job performance. Each quarter a staff member of the Lewes continuing care retirement community is selected for this honor.

Chad Golden, director of nursing, said Bishop consistently goes above and beyond what is required. “Kim’s interpersonal and communication skills are extraordinary, allowing her to develop positive and caring relationships with residents, families and staff. Kim embodies the Cadbury mission and core values by always acting in the best interest of the residents in her care,” Golden said.
