March for Change makes its Georgetown debut

Free festival combines entertainment and healthy living

March for Change, a free festival focusing on local and organic foods, exercise and healthy living is made its Georgetown debut May 23.

SOMETHING Coalition of the Arts, a nonprofit group supporting local artists, partnered with the Shauna Rose Kaufman Foundation and Delaware Technical Community College students to host the event.

March for Change featured food and art vendors, live music, guest speakers, and information on a variety of topics, including clean eating and the important role pollinators – such as bees – play in supporting local food sources.
