Kousa Creek was designed by John Tee Architect for Southern Living House Plans, and modified for us by Architectural Overflow. Our company built this home in 2012 - it was a Southern Living Showcase Home and the first one in Delaware!
John Tee is one of our country’s most prolific and well-known architects.
