Topped with granny smith apples, brie, candied walnuts, & crumbled blue cheese.  Tossed in our sweet balsamic vinaigrette

Second Course:

Hickory smoked salmon
With candied bacon and a tomato jam.  Served over spicy sweet potato hash and grilled locally sourced asparagus

Third Course:

Warm french toast bread pudding a la mode
