Nick has been fascinated with the paranormal ever since surviving a near-death experience as a child. Now, he chases ghosts full-time to discover a breakthrough in paranormal research. Nick is best known from Travel Channel's Ghost Adventures and is also the author of “Chasing Spirits: The Building of the Ghost Adventures Crew.” Now, Nick is the EP and host of Paranormal Lockdown and an ensemble cast member in Destination America's #1 hit series Ghosts of Shepherdstown.

Nick and Katrina spend 72 hours locked inside haunted locations - actually living there around the clock - in an effort to capture groundbreaking paranormal evidence. No stone goes unturned for Nick and Katrina, who believe that the longer they stay confined in a haunted location, the more spirits will communicate with them. The season premiere takes them inside the forbidding Monroe House in Hartford City, Ind., where dark ghostly encounters and evidence of ritualistic occult activity have left the home uninhabitable. The investigation culminates with Nick unearthing what appeared to be skeletal remains, and the heart-pounding discovery was captured on camera. Local law enforcement was notified immediately.
