Active Adults Realty announces staff promotions
Kathy Sperl-Bell, broker/owner, and Bill Bell, associate broker/owner of Active Adults Realty, are proud to announce two key staff promotions to senior management positions at their firm.
Judy Robinson has been promoted to operations manager. She has been with Active Adults Realty from the beginning, when Bell and Sperl-Bell opened their doors during the worst real estate market in memory. “Judy has been with us since Bill and I made the decision to open our brokerage in early 2010, and we couldn’t have done it without her,” said Sperl-Bell.
Robinson began as the firm’s transaction coordinator and office manager. The promotion acknowledges her key position on the management team of Active Adults Realty and her contribution to the agency’s success. Robinson is responsible for managing all the resources of the brokerage, the partners and associates in support of the buyer and seller clients as well as the agents.
Audrey Hammond has been promoted to sales manager. Hammond joined Active Adults Realty three years ago as a licensed assistant to Sperl-Bell in her broker role, when the brokerage was growing faster than the team, at that time, could handle. Hammond demonstrated an eagerness to help and quickly progressed to the role of team coordinator, responsible for handling all incoming leads, qualifying them and matching them up with one of the agents. On a day-to-day basis, Hammond provides leadership, timely handling of new leads, and assurance that all clients receive the care and attention they deserve.
Active Adults Realty currently has a team of 17 agents, plus the broker and support staff. For more information, go to www.ActiveAdultsDelaware.com.
