Active Adults Realty names 2018 top producers

January 26, 2019

Active Adults Realty owner Kathy Sperl-Bell recently announced the names of the top producers for 2018.

Sperl-Bell said, “We are very proud to announce our top producers and acknowledge the efforts and hard work of each one.”

Debbie Shearer, ABR, SRES, CMRS, who has been with Active Adults Realty for seven years, was named Top Listing Agent for 2018. Shearer had the most listings sold. She also led the brokerage with the most overall transactions plus the highest sales volume. Shearer consistently works hard for her clients – both buyers and sellers – and demonstrates the highest level of professionalism. Prior to moving to Delaware and joining Active Adults Realty, she had a long career with Verizon before becoming a licensed Realtor in Maryland in 2008.

Sperl-Bell detailed two additional top awards. Top Buyer Agent goes to the agent with the highest sales volume representing buyers. Recognition for Top Conversion Rate goes to the agent who converted the most leads to closed sales. For 2018, there was a statistical tie in both categories for Senior Real Estate Specialists Bob Greason and Mike Malone. Sperl-Bell said, “The results were so close that we declared them both winners of both categories.”

Bob Greason, SRES, joined Active Adults Realty at the end of 2015 and quickly became a leader. With six years’ experience in real estate in Delaware combined with his previous career in the title insurance industry in Westchester County, N.Y., Greason is an accomplished professional who provides his clients with very personalized service in their search for a retirement home in Delaware.

Mike Malone, SRES, joined Active Adults Realty in 2016 and is one of its most dedicated agents. Malone’s experience in Pennsylvania real estate, and his background in construction and development bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients and the rest of the team.

“We are extremely proud of our team of 17 agents. All are dedicated, full-time Realtors who have earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialists designation. They are uniquely qualified to work with both buyers and sellers who are making decisions about how and where they want to live as they plan for retirement,” said Sperl-Bell.
