Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival set Sept. 7

The Bethany-Fenwick Area Chamber of Commerce will present the 46th Annual Bethany Beach Boardwalk Arts Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 7, in downtown Bethany Beach.

This annual arts festival hosts more than 100 juried artists displaying and selling their work. The featured artists bring unique creations representing a variety of different mediums including painting, photography, woodwork, metalwork, clay, baskets and jewelry.

Gallery One will host a festival artists reception from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday, Sept. 6, at 32 Atlantic Ave., Ocean View.

A silent auction on Saturday will feature works generously donated by the festival artists, with proceeds to support local elementary school art programs. All festival guests are encouraged to shop local businesses and explore the area’s many local art galleries.

Additional overflow parking will be available at St. Ann's Parish, 691 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, with shuttle services to and from the festival.
