Bidens enjoying their time at North Shores home
President Joe Biden and first lady Dr. Jill Biden have been spending time at their North Shores home since July 28.
Over the weekend, the president attended church in Rehoboth Beach and spent time on the beach near his North Shores home. Yesterday, July 31, the couple went for a bike ride on the Gordons Pond Trail.
There had been some expectation the Bidens would be in town through Sunday, Aug. 6. However, according according to the White House Week Ahead Guidance and Press Schedule issued July 30, the Bidens will be heading to Wilmington on Friday, Aug. 4, where they will remain over the weekend.
According to a notice sent July 31 from the White House, Biden will be traveling to Arizona, New Mexico and Utah, beginning Monday, Aug. 7 through Thursday, Aug. 10. As of Aug. 1, no additional details have been provided on that trip.
