The Cape Henlopen girls’ lacrosse team won its 13th straight state championship May 26, with a 16-4 win over Tatnall at Delaware State University.
The Vikings finished the season with a 17-1 record, with the only loss coming to Broadneck of Maryland 16-13.
Cape also beat Tatnall in last year’s championship game 17-10.
