Cape High JROTC cadets recognized by American Legion Post 17

American Legion Post 17 in Lewes recognized eight Cape High cadets for their academic, community service and JROTC achievements this past year.
Post Commander Michael Mulligan presented cadets with their awards Dec. 2 at a ceremony including cadets’ parents and American Legion Post 17 Executive Committee.
Earning honors were Isaac League, Military Excellence Award; Kathryn Drumheller, Scholastic Excellence Award; Luis Cotoc-Ortiz, Gold Medal of Merit; Alfredo Florez-Lopez, Silver Medal of Merit; Benjamin Inkster, Bronze Medal of Merit; Liliana Gregory, Citizenship Medal; Grace Wiggins, Americanism Award; and Todd Warwick, Americanism Medal.
