Capital Bank Home Loans welcomes new loan officers

Capital Bank Home Loans recently announced the addition of two new loan officers, Joe Gensoli and Karrie Herrman, to its Rehoboth Beach branch.

A premier mortgage lender offering mortgage services in all 50 states, CBHL’s corporate office is headquartered in Rockville, Md. The local branch opened in February 2020 at 18949 Coastal Highway, Suite 303, Rehoboth Beach.

“I am very excited that both Karrie and Joe chose to come on board with us. This can be a tough industry to get started in, and within a short time, both have been very successful. I think that our local knowledge, extremely competitive loan terms and unique product mix will only enhance what they already bring to the table,” said Eric Parsons, branch manager, who has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry and is consistently recognized as a top producer.

A Delawarean, Gensoli has also lived in Boston; Long Island, N.Y.; Jupiter, Fla; and State College, Pa., where he attended Penn State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. He currently lives in Rehoboth Beach and is happily married to his high school sweetheart Nicole.

He previously worked as a golf professional at some of the best clubs in the world, such as Augusta National and The Kittansett Club. Working in in a service-based industry is where he developed his baseline for interpersonal skills that give any buyer a top-notch, stress-free experience in an otherwise stressful environment.

Also a Delawarean, Herrman has more than seven years of experience in the banking industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as a mortgage loan officer. She takes pride in her work and is committed to providing her clients with the best solutions for their unique situations. She has helped hundreds of families purchase or refinance their homes and has successfully guided declined applicants to be approved.

When she's not working, Herrman enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud mother of three children. She also enjoys being creative with crafts, hiking and traveling to new places.
