Three cars were involved in a crash in the Pelican Square parking lot July 16, near Acme and Petco south of Lewes.
The incident happened about 10:30 a.m. According to a witness on the scene, one of the vehicles was traveling at high speed and collided with parked cars.
Lewes Fire Department and Delaware State Police responded to the scene.
