Coastal Club cuts ribbon at indoor pool

The plans originally called for a 60-foot pool, but the residents lobbied for a proper 25-yard-long pool for lap swimming.
Coastal Club, just outside Lewes, cut the ribbon at the grand opening of its indoor pool Nov. 14. The 25-yard-long pool features space for water aerobics, a bench in the pool, a hot tub, a handicap lift, with doors that open to the outdoors.
After the ribbon cutting, a celebration was held in Coastal Club’s community center.
